Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, Hailie made her way to Florida looking for a fresh start and new opportunities. With three years in the beauty industry, she has built her career around one simple goal: creating an experience that leaves every guest feeling confident, cared for, and excited to come back.

Hailie loves all things hair and enjoys collaborating with blondes, brunettes, vivid color, haircuts, scalp treatments, blowouts, and men’s cuts. Her favorite part of being a stylist is seeing a guest leave her chair with a smile. She believes a great appointment is about more than beautiful hair, it is about listening, connecting, and creating a comfortable space where guests can relax and truly be themselves.
