As licensed cosmetology professionals, our Associates work alongside experienced DBK stylists while completing an immersive, hands-on training program designed to bridge the gap between beauty school and a successful career behind the chair.

Throughout the program, Associates refine their skills in modern cutting, custom color, blonding, extensions, styling, consultations, guest experience, and salon professionalism, all while gaining real-world experience alongside our team.

You may see an Associate assisting throughout your visit, collaborating with your stylist, or providing select services as part of their continued development. Every step of their journey is supported by education, mentorship, and the high standards of service that define the DBK experience.
