Prices
All prices are subject to change without notice.
Reservations
Please plan to arrive 15–20 minutes before your scheduled service to allow for check-in and service preparation. If arriving late for your reservation, as a courtesy to the next guest, your service will still have to end on time regardless of the start time. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. The full service price may be applied.
Cancellation Policy
We definitely understand that things happen, but to keep everything running smoothly, we require at least 24 hours’ notice of a cancellation. Any cancellations made after the 24-hour window may be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled services (this includes "No Show" reservations). In the event that reservations are regularly canceled and/or no showed, you will be kindly reminded of the cancellation policy and asked to make 50% deposit of the reserved services to reserve your future reservations. Any future reservations that are not canceled (and/or no showed) after 24 hours may result in the inability to reserve future reservations (and subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled services and/or forfeits your 50% deposit).
Staff Selection/Changes
We provide a non-compete environment inside our salon company. If you feel you would be more comfortable or better served by another service provider, or if you’d just like to get a fresh point of view, please let us know.
Method of Payment
DBK Hair Studio accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and cash. We do not give cash back on any sales.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are not refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or gratuities.
Returns
All merchandise returned within 14 days with a DBK Hair Studio receipt may be exchanged, or a store credit will be applied to the client’s account. All appliance, clearance, makeup and skin care items are final sale.
Refunds
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your service at DBK Hair Studio, please notify the salon within 72 hours of the service date. Please be aware that we do not guarantee any services that are performed without a consultation or an appropriate finishing service.

Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy, we provided this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on our website.
The only personal information we collect is name, street and email address, telephone number, and credit card information (if needed). We use the personal information collected from you to process orders. Such personal information is not used for any other purpose and is not shared.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy and ensure the correct use of information, we have put into place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
Protecting the privacy of the young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information on our website from those we know are under the age of 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13 to provide information to use. You can correct factual errors in your personal identifiable information by sending us a request detailing the error(s). To protect your privacy and security, we will also take the reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
